Cancellations / Rescheduling Your AppointmenT
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. This way we are able to allocate you appointment time to another client on our waiting list. If you have confirmed your appointment and we arrive at your premises and there is nobody there to allow us access to the required areas to carry out your service, a service call out fee of $80 will be charged for our Inspector's time and travel to and from your premises.
What happens if it’s raining?
In the event of rain on the day / at the time of your appointment, if the service requires an external application of pesticide, we will contact you to arrange another suitable appointment time. Some services are not impacted by rain.
Access to your Premises
Most services will require access to the internal areas of your premises, so it is necessary for you or your nominated representative to be present at the time of service. We will require parking in the driveway for our vehicle on your property as the EPA does not generally allow us to park our vehicle on the road to perform some services for safety reasons.
Duty of Care
Whilst we are at your premises, we will respect your personal belongings and property and take the utmost care whilst completing our work. If we see any potential pest issues whilst we are completing our service, we will advise you of our findings and recommend the best course of action.
